I was getting response as it depends on number of factors. I understand there are supply chain issues and many other things however same excuse can't be used for years. We have waited 18 months to write a review because I wanted to be fair.
Our homes are 100% custom built with solid wood construction on your land. That means no foam board, no pre-fab and no modular parts. We offer a 2/10 Limited Warranty that covers all appliances, structural features and major systems, including electrical, plumbing, AC and heat. At Trinity Custom Homes, there is no fine print and no last minute surprises. We believe it is important for our customers to be fully informed.

The delays have cost us all of our profit so we will be pushing as hard as we can to accomplish that goal for our customer. We wish we did not have to deal with these supply chain and labor issues but unfortunately they have not been solved. We will continue to work to help our clients move into the custom home they designed and purchased from us. Known issues were presented during their “11 month walk-through” of the home. Ceiling cracks were on the form that we filled out.
I will definitely use Trinity again as well as recommend them to other customers. The well documented supply chain crisis and labor shortage have affected all builders and most industries not only locally but nationally. We will have our construction manager attend a pre-drywall meeting with you within the next 30 days to help discuss possible timeframes. We only have a VP of sales so meeting with our construction manager who schedules all of out trades and closings would be most beneficial.

There are pictures proving this fact. During the conversation of problem solving it is true that we spoke of painting the entire ceiling if there was not a color match. Perhaps you should reach out to the original contractor for a manufacturer brand of compound so that it is "a match". Because we do not have his contact information.
Park at River Plantation
Windows have leaked over and over again. Within my one year warranty they band-aided them by caulking and I have had two professionals caulk since and still leaking so I am having them replaced. I recently also had all the trim repainted as they didn't use any primer and one very cheap coat of paint. Was evident within about 1.5 years as paint started to peal. The list goes on and on of things I have found over time.
Look for ways to avoid fixing something. Had a stipulation in our closing documents and it’s obvious Trinity has no intentions on correcting. Trinity Custom Homes and the people I dealt with were great! They always treated me as a friend and a high valued customer!
The outdoor doors would not close and after three or four attempts to repair they finally got it right. Some of their folks are not playing with a full deck. I could go on and on but you need to run before you sign a contract with them. They DONOT build a quality custom home. We live in Ellijay, Ga so we did use the Ellijay office.

Poor Experience and Quality – I am 3 years into my Trinity home in Dublin's Wyandotte Woods. I have been paying for the poor quality and anticipate it will continue.

Just a sample updates will be like this…"This task may take another week or two or longer". Even after 20 months from the signed date current status is Framing completed, HVAC is completed. Trinity is not willing to give any commitment on closure date.
By August 2022 at least HVAC itself not completed. When I signed the Home in Feb 2021, the interest rate was 2.5% now rates rose up to 6.8% which is more than double. Based on what Trinity told, I planned my lease for month on month and end up paying close to $500/month more. Because of these delays, I incurred a loss of more than $100K. From Trinity, I will get one liner statements on progress without any clarity/confirmation.
He then said he would install a tile backsplash. He never did that because he didn't do the countertops. Hide from problems, delay delay delay.
