The well documented Supply chain and Labor Crisis is affecting small, local, custom home builders dramatically. It is astutely noted in the complaint that these issues have impacted homes across the community, city, and all home builders. Trinity Homes has every intention to close this home by the end of the year.

I will definitely use Trinity again as well as recommend them to other customers. The well documented supply chain crisis and labor shortage have affected all builders and most industries not only locally but nationally. We will have our construction manager attend a pre-drywall meeting with you within the next 30 days to help discuss possible timeframes. We only have a VP of sales so meeting with our construction manager who schedules all of out trades and closings would be most beneficial.
Workers were unskilled - he seemed to be using his unemployed relatives. Someone who identified herself as his niece came to remove wallpaper from my kitchen. The walls were left in such poor condition that I had to have tile installed. Contractor left work undone, did not clean up, and it was evident that he did not intend to finish the work. By August 2022 at least HVAC itself not completed. When I signed the Home in Feb 2021, the interest rate was 2.5% now rates rose up to 6.8% which is more than double. Based on what Trinity told, I planned my lease for month on month and end up paying close to $500/month more. Because of these delays, I incurred a loss of more than $100K. From Trinity, I will get one liner statements on progress without any clarity/confirmation.
I do have to say that they did credit me with one charge that I disputed. I love the house, the floor plan, I am basically satisfied with most of the sub-contractors, especially in this day and time. A guarantee of the building time frame is one thing I would insist on.
I have had the pleasure of working with Trinity Signature Homes to do a complete renovation on a large older custom home that I wanted completely gutted and remodeled. I had contacted many other building contractors prior to going to Trinity, and immediately I knew they had a clear understanding of my vision and scope. Not only did they provide quality service and craftsmanship, they by far exceeded my expectation and my home is absolutely beautiful! I cannot say enough good thinks about my experience with Trinity Signature Homes. They provided detailed information every step of the way and we addressed all unforeseen issues immediately with ease and resolution. The quality of work along with the quality of materials and products provided, were exceptional.
This could potentially yield a match. Yes, two years has past, but not from a lack of me trying to get you to stand behind the Trinity Warranty. We choose Trinity because of the promise to stand behind the workmanship. Unfortunately Jim, those working for you don't always feel the same.
